What Pro covers
200 pages a month and 10 GB cover supplier invoices, social charges, insurance and short leases. A page counts as a page: a 12-page PDF uses 12 pages of the month. Beyond that, a pack of 100 pages costs €6.
Free is for trying the product: 10 pages and 200 MB, with Read OCR and no layout analysis.
What MagicPaper does not do
MagicPaper does not post accounting entries. It keeps the document and the fields that help you find it. An expense tool or accounting software stays alongside if you need to book the entry.

How many invoices is 200 pages?
A one-page invoice counts as 1. A 12-page contract counts as 12. 200 pages cover a month of sole-trader activity, not a company archive.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. €299 for the year, about €24.99 a month. Yearly billing is offered first.
